Total Roof Services is a roofing contractor based in Orlando, working across Central Florida for commercial and residential clients. We install, repair and maintain roofing systems for homeowners, property managers, facility teams and building owners.
The thing we care most about is that you always know what is happening and why. Most complaints about roofers are not really about roofing — they are about a property owner who never got told what was found, what it meant, or what they were paying for. So we photograph the findings before making a recommendation, write scopes with real line items instead of vague ones, and hand over a close-out package at the end.

What we do
Commercial installs and re-roofs, residential replacements and repairs, leak response and storm support, maintenance programs and inspections, and the documentation and close-out reporting that goes with all of it.
On the commercial side that means low-slope systems — TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, metal retrofit and coatings — for retail centers, schools, industrial parks, medical offices, HOA buildings and churches. On the residential side, shingle, metal and tile for Central Florida homes.

Florida certified roofing contractor, license #CCC1330329. We are also certified through the National Minority Supplier Development Council, which can matter to organizations carrying supplier-diversity requirements.
