Someone calls you back to confirm the details and arrange a time that works. For an active leak, call rather than filling in the form — it is faster and we can prioritize it.
An inspection to scope work is part of how we quote — you get the photographs and the written scope. If you need a formal report for a third party such as a buyer or a warranty dispute, tell us up front because that is a different piece of work.
Depends on the week and the urgency. Active leaks are prioritized. Routine inspections and quotes for planned work are usually scheduled within a few days.
The property address, roughly what the problem is, and any history you have — when the roof was installed, previous repairs, whether it has leaked before. Photos help but are not necessary.
